It is highly desirable for young people to use AI chatbots as learning aids, but suicide, sexual conversations, etc.

 

Companies are trying to restrict age restrictions or access restrictions for teenagers because it may affect the causes of social problems.

 

I believe that Korea should also be preceded by a policy to prepare for AI chatbots to gradually enjoy popularity among young peopl.

AI지능 챗봇 사용이 미래 세대를 결정하는 현실인 것을 우리는 지금 청소년 층으로부터 보고 있다.

세계의 강국인 미국도 청소년 3분의 1이 매일 AI 챗봇을 사용하고 있어 사회적 문제로 대두되고 있다.

미국의 권위있는 연구소인 퓨 리서치 센터가 13세에서 17세 사이의 미국 청소년 약 1,500명을 대상으로 실시한 연구에 의하면 청소년의 약 70%가 챗봇을 최소 한 번 이상 사용해 본 경험이 있고, 16%는 AI 챗봇을 매일 사용하고 있다는 것이다.

AI 챗봇의 인기 순위는 ChatGPT, 구글의 Gemini, Meta AI, 마이크로소프트의 Copilot, Character.AI, 그리고 Anthropic의 Claude 순서이다.

청소년들이 학습 보조의 역할로서 AI 챗봇을 사용하면 매우 바람직하지만 자살, 성적 대화 등

사회적 문제 발생의 원인에 영향을 줄 수도 있어 각 회사들은 연령제한 또는 10대 청소년의 접근 제한을 시도하고 있다.

우리나라도 점차 AI 챗봇이 청소년들에게 인기를 누릴 것을 대비한 정책이 선행되어야 할 것으로 본다.
